The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5D-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,  relating to establishing the Summer Feeding for All Program; authorizing certain surveys, collection and compiling of information to be provided to students, investigation and implementation of certain programs, and providing annual training; authorizing assistance from and reports to Office of Child Nutrition.
